The Day of The Death, is a celebration that connects with our roots and traditions, and of course, you cannot miss the gastronomic touch focused on honoring those who are no longer with us, so in Ilios Greek Estiatorio we will carry out the “Oda a La Muerte festival” from October 26th to November 6th where you can enjoy seasonal specialties with creative presentations and fascinating flavors.
In Oda a La Muerte, we seek to continue honoring this celebration and for this reason, Grupo Anderson’s has revolutionized a very important gastronomic item on these dates in collaboration with Turín®, the “pan de muerto”, along with two cocktails with unique recipes in collaboration with Diageo.
With a spongy dough, our pan de muerto is covered with black sugar, which gives it a look never seen before; as well as being filled with vanilla or pistachio ice cream of your choice, covered with a creamy hazelnut cream, which makes it totally irresistible.
On the other hand, we invite you to try some of our seasonal mixology, which is in collaboration with two exclusive Diageo brands; Don Julio 70® and J.W. Gold Label®.
Red Disdain
Elaborated with Don Julio 70®, Aperol, cranberry and lime juice, grenadine and garnished with lychee and blueberry. Its unique look will dazzle you and make you want to ask for more.
Kuxtal’s Lament
If you are looking for something else, this drink is ideal for you. Elaborated with J.W. Gold Label®, maple honey, peach liqueur, passion fruit pulp decorated with black ink and a marigold flower, it has an elegant and totally delicious presentation.
